focus on the right people (focus is the key). spent 80% of yr time on 20% right people.
2) Make him believe that he want to be executive and make him believe that he can be executive.Heart to heart talk on why and confidence.
3) What must he do to become executive.We will stress more on the attitude rather than the skills.Stress on the important of alignment.
4) Check their status thr 4 areas :
i) activities
ii) regular contact u
iii) tools movement
iv) meeting attendance
5) Build depth (ask he has anyone to recommend and you have to act fast)
6) Follow through.
